The Well

The inner well - inexhaustible depth answering every fresh need.

This is the well: native depth, talent waiting like water in the dark. Its shadow is inadequacy, the fear of being insufficient that stops the drawing up. Its gift is resourcefulness: depth trusted, solutions rising to meet each real need.

The practice is to draw before you feel ready; the well proves itself only in use. Fear of shallowness is the last obstacle of the deep. Serve what the moment asks and your reserves will keep surprising you. Depth consistently offered matures into wisdom.
